Hi Guys, its me, Lek!

So as you are now aware, the exciting news is out, my first retreat and its a women's only one! And yes an overnight one! SLEEPOVERRRRRR!

Question? When was the last time you allowed yourself to be pampered, waited on and loved? Im guessing if your like myself its been a minute.

I wanted to create this space so we could celebrate what it looks like to be a woman in all her glory. We will eat the foods to nourish these beautiful vessels of ours, get a little sweat on with a work out, drink fresh juices, laugh, cry and probably laugh and cry some more but trust me! It is for the greater good.

Now, you are going to be in your element with everything you will experience but we are also here to get work done!
This is therapy on all levels, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and we are going to get through this, together!

Why is this necessary? Because we all have trauma, inner demons, unanswered questions, no one is void, however, we all have our strengths too, so as a collective I am hoping we can all come together and aid one another's healing or at least help plant the seeds for us to all grow!
